fuuuuck me i was supposed to be doing shit on this i remember now but yah its all cool brah , a year ;) but hey you guys dont undestand that shit. either way back to rugby now, got half an eyebrow cause my mates are fucks :L and yeah thats generally it. ill try do one of theese when i can : )

just ogt in from rugby, was good : ) my lil kids team won ( i coach the u8’s)wasnt too hungover and was a bit disapointed seeing how i wasn’t too drunk :/ but yeah like i said no more pipe and no more cigarettes, cuttign down because im going to go back to rugby starting tuesday. fingers crossed ill be fine : ) days without pills: 10 fags: 0 Drink: none
